I'm wondering who'll be gettting a hotel room and if anyone would be interested in splitting costs with me for one.

I'm trying to recruit some people to come down with me, so I'll see what's going on, but right now I'm looking for lodgings and someone to help me into that catsuit I'll be punishing myself with

 

RDT will be there... And we know she's good at getting people into costumes

 

JGoC - I'm sincerely hoping to be out there for Starfest, and will be looking to share a room...

Does anyone have a feeling for how soon we have to worry about rooms in the con block selling out, if at all?

Crap! That's our meeting weekend! Are they TRYING to kill us this year?

 

It was the meeting weekend 2 years ago when I went...we just had a meeting at the con. You don't have to pay to be in the lobby, so we just had a meeting out there so anyone not going to the con could attend.

 

There is one advantage though... The BIG WEEKEND will be an event all its own

 

we could have the meeting in a hotel room . im sure there will be no shortage of those . but then i guess it would be kind of wierd that way

 

psshh, yeah, us do something weird? not a chance in hell!

 

I say we set up a human bowling league in the the hallway at two in the morning.

 

Is the pool open at 2am? We could have the meeting in the pool at 2am!

 

There's always the balconies overlooking the atrium... Oh wait, the Klingons are already making fools of themselves on those at 2AM

 

i just want to find out who is going to be there. so i kno what kind of ticket to buy. also i want to get a room soon. zac and i will be in a room, but if a third person wishes to share it with us, the floor works for me!

 

i think they let you in early and you get a good seat for an added amount . i prefer the cheap way .

 

I'm buying the regular joe schmo 3-day ticket. when I went the guys with the special ticket didn't really make it look worth it, so I'll stick w/ the cheaper route.

I think Robin will be my only costume for this as my jedi costume is getting kinda ragged and I don't have anything else in the works that could be done by then.
