Amph Great movie climaxes of the 80s

It still needs to be seen and experienced to be fully appreciated. As does that whole movie.

 

The parking lot scene was scripted for the first movie, but never filmed until the sequel (otherwise Elizabeth Shue would be in the scene, Pat's goatee hair would be the same color and Ralph would not look noticeably older).

I'm assuming that wasn't your only motivation for starting this thread.

 

Yes, I'm necroing this thread because it came up when I was doing a search. I'll only care if the mods care. As it is, I'm ashamed that it only lasted two pages. I find the lack of appreciation for good 80s movies disturbing.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off: Cameron beating the **** out of his father's beloved Ferrari and Ferris offering to take the blame for it. That or Jenny going along with Ferris' "illness" when Rooney showed up at the back door. Pick your climax.

Back to the Future: Lightning strike in less than four minutes and the damn Delorean won't start. Marty's head hits the steering wheel. I've seen that movie no fewer than 300 times and I still want to chew my nails off.

Back to the Future III: Doc, Clara and that damn locomotive.

Top Gun: Maverick's visit to Viper's house.

Pretty in Pink: Andie taking Duckie's hand.

Sixteen Candles: ODing on Midol is bad, mmmkay?
