    He destroyed the Death Star, dearmed a Wampa and single-handedly (pun intended!) turned Vader to the light side and thus destroyed the Emperor.

    IF I have to CHOOSE only 1 (I don't want to), I'd have to say

    Obi-Wan Kenobi

    for symbolizing the Jedi philosophy better than anyone else, including Yoda ( he didn't hide out on a swampy planet, but kept watch over Luke for twenty years!) :)
