greeble problems

im trying to use greeble to add some quick detail to a scene im working on however it doesnt seem to want to apply on 3 polygons. It'll apply on all the rest. look at the image below. What am i doing wrong to have greeble not apply to these few poly's? im running max 4

the only thing I can think of is maybe those 3 polys have flipped nomrals, so try selecting just those 3, flip the normals, and apply greeble... see if that helps...

Speaking of greeble, the greeble plugin I have was for max 3, where did you find the greeble for 4 and was it free?

Alright, so you guys caught my lack of google use. But I remember when I gat 3ds4 a ways back, I remember searching for the greeble thing for a l-o-n-g time and never finding one.
