Greenville Fan Force Name?

What do you think would be a good name for the Greenville, NC fan force?

 

Well, considering that the ECU mascot is a Pirate, how about the Greenville Hawkbats? The Hawkbats was the name that Rogue Squadron used while posing as a pirate gang in The Bacta War.

 

I've had a thought or two on this in the past, though I haven't given it much thought lately. I'm conflicted on my choices, but I'll share them with you on Thursday 'cause I can't decide if I like them or not. Plus that'll give me a day or so to think of some new ones.

 

That's weird. I totally did not see Entropy's post when I responded to this thread the first time. I think I'm losing my mind.

I'd had a couple of pirate-ish names in my head, as well as trying to figure out ways to play off the "Emerald City" nickname of Greenville. I am actually pretty indifferent to any pirate reference since I went to Carolina. Maybe we'll pull a J'ville FF and let people vote if we come up with several good ones or maybe someone will have something at the meeting that just blows us all away.

 

I like the idea of a poll Dal. Maybe, like you said, at the meeting we can come up with some names and ask Fan Force members to vote on their fav.
