None of the Jedi have ever regretted joining the light.
Though we do have at least one former Sith in our ranks. Just so you know.

 

I believe we have someone who was once a Jedi also, but who turned.

I believe a long while ago co membership was allowed, but when the rule came down that you could only be a Jedi or a Sith many chose the darkness. At least that's what I can tell form my research. Though I know of none that have fallen into darkness since then, I could be wrong, just as you could be.

I suggest you lurk in both threads for a while before deciding which you want to join. You'll find there are many similarities, except the Jedi don't torture our initiates.
