    i was wondering are grievous's bodyguard's as strong as a normal jedi

    The only reason they even stand the chances they do are because the staffs they use are made of cortosis I believe which a saber can't cut through and since they are trained in lightsaber combat they can somewhat imitate a jedi and are able to block attacks and atleast put up a fight.

    Thier staffs are made from Phrik metal, the same thing the Dark Troopers armor is made from.
