LA, CA Group Name Ideas.....

Just thought also that we need to start making some suggestions on what our official name will be... That way we can start getting things like a website started and our name out to the public... Anyways let the suggestions begin....

 

We could Keep it simple and Just Be Los Angeles Fan Force, but Other Cities have cool names like Outer Rim Philly Fan Force for King Of Prussia, PA. Las Vegas calls itself the Bothan Spy Net. In Episode One, Anakin tells Padme that Angels come from somewhere near the Moons of Viego. Since we we are the City of Angels, one idea may be:

The Moons of Viego Fan Force.
or
The Los Angeles Moons of Viego Fan Force,
but that's kind of wordy.

Or so people would know what City we are in our Banner could just say:

The Moons of Viego Fan Force
Los Angeles,California

Here are some other Ideas.

Mos Angeles Fan Force
Couroscant City Fan Force

The idea is to be distinct and stand out. Less is definitely more but there is always room for creativity. I'm sure there are many more ideas out there. I'd like to see them

 

Thanks Silentbob for your suggestions, come on LA lets get some more suggestions placed on the board... By the end of our first official meeting next month we should come to an conclusion on what our official name will be...

 

Hmm...well, we are known for our trade and umm...dirtyness (smog, dirty water, etc) why not something dealing with Nar Shaddaa, like Los Shadda Fan Force or Nar Angeles... I know not very inventive...we could also go with something water-based.. Kamino or Mon Calamari... we could be the Los Angeles Cloners Fan Force... Los Kamino Fan Force...the names are endless... Just my thoughts to put out in the ether...

 

Keep the ideas coming guys... By the conclusion of our next meeting we should have a official name so lets take out the thinking caps LA...

~Base of Angels So. Cal Fanforce
~Tech moon of LA

That is all I could come up with so far. I'm sure I will think of some others later.

 

I do like that Mos Angeles thing -- definitely a very clever play on words.

Or Los Eisley... or...

Then there's coming up with something that has a "SoCal" ring to it. Unfortunately I'm not coming up with anything clever at the moment.

Palm trees, beaches, ocean. Anything come to mind?

First time poster on the FanForce threads!!!(Just wanted to mention that)

I like Mos Angeles fanForce, it's clever.

My idea was "Los Angeles Jedi Knights", or "Bogden, Moon of L.A. FanForce".

 

The reason why "Jedi Knights" will not work is cause some of us prefer the "Sith".

 

How about playing off the idea that the rest of the world thinks L.A. is a wacky place:

The Los Angeles "Unknown Regions" FF Chapter

or...

The Los Angeles "Cantina" Fan Force
