Wash, DC Group trip to MD Renaissance Festival on Saturday, 9/20/03

Well we both went into the kilt store and I was looking at kilts, so she felt it her duty to harrass and beg me to buy one. She hounded me the rest of the afternoon.

So after a few trips on the beer ride, I agreed to wear a kilt to Far Point if she would find one at a decent price on the internet or help make one.

And since I hold to my word, I'm going to go through with it.

EDIT: This maybe a "once in a lifetime" occurrence, so now all of you GSers have motivation to go next February.

 

He also has to get combat boots to go with the kilt. As I explained, chicks dig guys in kilts with combat boots.

 

Well, combat boots maybe pushing it, but I think i will have to get something that goes more with the kilt than running shoes.

 

So am I one of few here that does not dress-up for conventions?
