Following the last few lingering lines of light slanting through the forest canopy, Ananta spots his padawan on a stone seat deeply absorbed in meditation. Even though his tunic is sweat soaked and spotted with remote burns the young aspirant radiates a newly acquired understanding and humility. As is a Guardian custom, by simply pouring a cup of tea from his flask he gently alerts the padawan of his presence. Apprentice Binks then shares the details of his day alone practicing the saber forms. Ananta deftly tries to conceal his sense of wonder at how the youngster utilized and succeeded against the remotes. He had never heard of such a feat of using the remotes in such a way. He simply assumed as a complete beginner that his padawan would walk through the motions of each saber technique (Tai Chi style) and then use the remotes afterwards for practicing blaster deflection.

Well done padawan. Very well done. I foresee you will make a fine swordsman one day for the order.

A jedi is a person that can use the force, that follows the jedi way for bringing peace and balance to the force and the galaxy. There's rules you have to follow if you are a jedi, for example you're not allowed to get married even though it's a rule that some jedis break, for example, Anakin or Adalia -That can bring you to the dark side even though I don't think that Adalia EVER would do that

 

Yes the Jedi have rules, currently we do not hold to the old ways of forbidding marriage or love, as I am married (in the RPG) to another Jedi.

Darkness is in all of us, including Adalia (trust me, I've seen it) and Yoda. It is whether you choose to acknowledge and give in to your darkness that leads one to the dark side of the Force. The Sith allow this darkness to consume them, where the Jedi must overcome it. This why the dark side is "quicker, more seductive."

What is the difference between how the Jedi and the Sith utilize the Force?

I would like to say that the difference is that a jedi sees the force as something, sometimes beautiful, but most of all as a big mistery. The force is everything from life to death that knows us all even though we completely never will understand it. We don't use the force for becoming powerful, like it's something we just can take, the force is in us, in everything.
I think a sith often just want to be powerful and uses force for that, siths use the force with their emotions, often anger.

 

Well we know it isn't our ice cream, because its all melted and we haven't replaced them yet.
