One factor for my choice of reading order: does this or Rebel Rising take place earlier in the timeline?

Rebel Rising is first, it's about Jyn's time with the Partisans. Guardians of the Whills, judging from its description, seems to take place much closer to Rogue One.

Man, y'all are making me look like a bum. I'm just like- read all the books and to hell with a discernible order. :p

Don't know if there is anyone from the publishers who comments here but in the UK you can only get the digital edition of this book on Kobo. And it costs more than the physical copy. Anyone know why that is so?

Egmont don't do any Star Wars ebooks I'm afraid. So I guess the Kobo edition is in some sense an 'import'?

The UK physical edition is a paperback, but the ebook price will probably be pegged to the corresponding edition in the US (or Canada, or wherever this ebook edition is coming from) and I think that's a hardcover right now. Expect it to drop in price when their paperback edition comes out.

Thanks. I thought that might be the case but £15 for an eBooks seems a bit steep. Guess I'll be waiting a while to buy these books

I'm about 2/3 of my way through and enjoying it greatly.

The only thing that feels off and not right is the lack of an artist credit for the cover and interiors. I've looked but there doesn't seem to be one.

There will be absolutely no discussion or advocacy of piracy on these boards, period. Zero tolerance.

Fairly certain jafo was referring to legal means.....

Folks -- do me a favor, and next time somebody advocates piracy, please tag me or report the post.

I was indeed referring to legal means. I am against piracy in all its forms. People work hard to produce things and deserve to be paid for that production.
I genuinely cannot understand how so many people do not understand that.
Honestly, it's like trying to talk to someone about by Lepin should never be bought (the counterfeit Lego stuff from China)

Proudly pirated Bib Fortuna and the Rise of Dark Falls. Would do it again.

Ok, I know that this is totally OCD, but I just got my copy from Amazon and it does not have a Dust Jacket.

Does this book have a dust jacket at all or is strictly just a hardcover binding?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for the stupid question all.

Nope, it doesn't. It's still a good looking volume but no dustcover.

Oh and if you like your books to be a consistent size, it blows that up too!

That was already destroyed when the Lost Stars and the Smugglers Moon/Weapon of Jedi/Moving Target/Before Awakening didn't match up with the Tales: Alien book.

I am so glad that book size is not a handup that I have.

I have a ton of books across genres and subjects and nothing matches with anything and I just couldn't care in the slightest. It's just... nice. :p

Man I wish I had a shelf that wide, I've officially run out of room for my star wars books.

Guess I'm just going to have to stop following star wars books in general.....:p

This is my Legends Library. Ignore the Black Series figures blocking row 2. The box on 4 is full of NJO. My 2 year old would have messed them up otherwise.

    My collection is a mess.[IMG]

My book and comics collection are in a cupboard, organized by chronology. Though might have to start putting them in there any way I can soon. Running out of room
