Tell me more of your advertures in Guild Wars Raven. Is this game with the money?

 

I have heard rumors that its great, from the MMORPG crowd that I know (ie: my "better" friends)

 

From what I have read it is, like you said Flare, a great game. I think it would be an awesome game for everyone to invest in.Plus I checked out the requirments and they are pretty low, concidering how nice everything looks in it. And since it is a free MMORPG we could really get everyone in Games involved.

Getting everyone cool to play PSO is cool, but it is only a trial beta and it will eventually end, then it is time to pay up for it. But if we all get Guild Wars, I think we would have a great time.

I might pick it up this evening.

 

Isnt Phantasy Star Blue Burst going to be a free mmporg like the originals ? ? ? Or No ? ? ? ? Im all up for games that actually "RUN" on my computer heh

As I understand it ArenaNet has created Guild Wars so that a cable connection is not a requirement. Based upon reader reports, it sounds as though the game runs quite well on dial-up connections. So that is a plus for all us 56K gamers.

 

Ah yes. I've been playing this. Quite fun as an elementalist. Run into a crowd of enemies, cast lava font, eruption, fire storm, flare, flare and run back out again.

A pity the default elementalist armour is pink.

Though I look forward to the end of my exams so I can actually play it for more than an hour at a time.

 

Since I can't ever seem to catch a break (the PSO beta won't download for me...*sigh*...)with MMORPG demos, I think I will buy Guild Wars soon. Possibly tomorrow, but I'm not sure.
I need a new game.

I have the book for it and have just been reading it like crazy. I think that I am going to get a Necromancer/Elementalist for my character.

How are yall liking the game!!??

 

The game is awesome.

Pretty good storyline, tough but fair fights (until you reach Temple of the Ages levels), a fairly low amount of farming needed to get decent weapons and armor (I didn?t start to farm until after I beat the mission based storyline twice and decided that I really wanted a Rune of Superior Vigor unlocked for PVP), fun PVP, cool classes, etc. I?m still having a blast two months into it.

For beginners, having a monk as either your primary or secondary is never a bad choice. With a monk as your secondary class, you?ll be able to resurrect people, which is really useful. I?ll often play with monk as my secondary class just for one resurrection skill. With a monk as your primary class, everyone will want you in their group. You?ll never have trouble finding a group to play with. They?ll all invite you. Having said that, it can be rather stressful playing as a primary monk.

When I just want to play for five or six minutes, I PVP. It's easy to make a PVP only character and go right at it. When I want to play longer, I use a regular character.

I saw first hand the game last night and it was pretty good, or so it seemed to me. My friend had just bought it that day and we made a character together (elementalist) and she was taking names and kicking ass on the lvl 0 fiends.

 

My first character was an Elementalist. I used the line "LFG: I BLOW STUFF UP GOOD!!1!" What's more surprising is that the line worked from time to time.

 

Are you saying something about the grammatical prowess of gamers?
And is that something an insult?
