JCC Gum!

Anyone else just swallow their gum?

 

Not on purpose.

 

I recently went to the VA Hospital to have my teeth cleaned. Its been about 6 years since my last....yes, I should be ashamed....However, they took a look at my teeth and said my teeth look like I just had a cleaning a few months ago. They asked me what my secret was and I said, I don't floss cuz I am lazy, I brush everyday and forget to brush at night a few times a week....BUT.....I chew gum, constantly....like OCD status, cannot function unless I am chewing gum............

 

Anybody ever remember the boxes of Bazooka gum, like above? I'd chew a whole bunch of them in one sitting, and I could still remember the feeling of the sugar on my teeth.

(1990, sounds about right. I remember doing that right around when I was 13 or 14, which would've been at that time).

 

Yep, my dentist said that chewing sugarless gum is good for your teeth.

Remember Bubble Tape? It was like six feet of gum on a roll. I'd just open up the case and shove the entire wad in my mouth all once. Good times.

 

How do you even chew that much gum?
