Gungans or Ewoks?

I prefer ewoks over gungans.

I actually like Gungans more than Ewoks. I had never had that thought until this second. Well, at least now I know.

When comparing the two I find the Gungans to be less silly and child panderin than the Ewoks (though I don't hate either). The only reason I think people really hate the Gungans as a race is due to Jar Jar. I think they were actually a pretty cool concept.

I like the Gungans. The same can't be said about the Ewoks.

As long as they dont decide you are dinner Ewoks kick ass. Its a like a living teddy bear! Gungans are cool in their own way but somehow I have a hard time getting past their dialect. Mainly because of the structure and word usage its like a constant reminder of Jar Jar in PM when he was an idiot. They have awesome cities though and I would completely flip my skillet if I ever got to see the set for that place. But like so many other sets from movies its on a list that wont ever be complete. Edoras doesnt even exist anymore so that on is a bust.

Ewoks. The Gungans lost their battle and a 9 year old boy bailed them out.

I actually used to really dislike the Ewoks. However, after a viewing of ROTJ for the umpteenth time last night, they actually don't bother me as much as they used to. I might have to say Ewoks now!

They do in the ewok movies..

Ewoks are creepy.Their eyes don't blink.(I am aware that they do in the BlueRay version,but I own the video versions)They try eating Han,Chewie and Luke...which doesn't make sense because they don't try to cook Leia.

Never hated the Ewoks. I was a kid when i first laid eyes on them, so naturally i liked the furry little creatures. In my head back then, i thought they were so important! Cmon man..its Wicket!!! Ewoks get a pass, being OG's and all.

As for Jar Jar, well, he (and gungans altogether) are an aquired taste for me. I can tolerate them just enough to enjoy Ep1. As a group they fought very well against the droid army!

Ewoks > Gungans by way of nostalgia. Wicket > Jar Jar
