I was curious if anyone had any recommendations for what audio compression to use with H.264, and also if anyone recommended any specifics for H.264 itself?

Well a good standard is IMA 4:1 - it keeps things small and clean compared to other settings I've toyed with. What you might want to do is export a small clip with some test settings and see how it looks/sounds. If things are distorted or too big try bringing your quality down a bit or using a different compressor. :)

    Good luck!

I was having the same problem. What's better; H.264 or sorrenson 3?

I can't say which one is better but i can say for sure that many people don't have QT7 yet so they can't see videos encoded with H.264 ..

H.264 is better than Sorenson 3, but if you want to reach almost everyone,
Sorenson 3 would be the best choice.
