Well, as I said, all day... so if you really need me for a specific shift, tell me which one and I'll do it.

Andy, we would need someone all day (with breaks of course) for the noodle jousting area if you would like to man that area that would be great I think I volunteered Jen for that area as well LOL


I also have an update on the festival - YAY!!!

We have been given a 10 X 20 tent with 2 - 3 tables 6Ft long.
We are being provided with the backdrop and all the signage for the event.
we are confirmed for the 2 pm "featured craft" time slot
they are providing the Log and helmets for the Lightsaber dueling area LOL

Now......what they r asking from us..........If someone can help set up the tents on monday evening Oct 24. Also Oct 28th Friday evening to help set up.

I think if we have time those days we should help them considering they are helping us so much and are not charging us for table/equipment rental.

I know I cannot be there monday evening I have a class , but friday I can help.
Is there a day someone can help them out? Please let me know so I can notify them

Im very excited about this event its a big one for us and a first in a long time so I would love to see a big turn out at this and hopefully gain some new members as well

I expect to be there once or twice during the day and at least for the parade. I'm not sure I want to commit to the whole day though. I'll probably take off to do some shopping or something for a while at some point.

anyway I wont be there Friday night but Saturday isnt a problem. And unfortunately I cant bring my niece.

Its going to be too cold for her.

anyway are we gonna have comp access or a TV and a DVD to play movies.

and are we gonna give out candy or something else.

Raef and I might be about 12:30, she has a commitment until 12 then we'll be right over.
