Not possible. They were on Endor, then Shattered Empire occurred, then they took their sublight run mentioned in Bloodline.

I'm going to say Han doesn't understand the gestation period of a human and Leia is right on this one :p Maybe Pablo Hidalgo can clear it up.

The Endor forest isn't the most ideal place for sex...I mean, there's too many ewoks running around in those trees!

Chuck Wendig briefly talks about Han and Leia in this interview.
    http://www.starwars.com/news/chuck-wendig-interview-aftermath-empires-end
    Relevant part
StarWars.com: Princess Leia and Han Solo return to play key roles in his novel — what is it like getting into their heads and into their relationship?
Chuck Wendig: It’s sweet and sad. They’re good together, except when they’re not. The galaxy is a complicated place and these are two complicated people — both are loving, empathetic characters who also have their own complex, dangerous lives that they aren’t quite ready to leave behind. We’re at a point in this story where they’re just starting their family, and…nnnyeah, we know where that goes, how that ends up, don’t we?

There's a cute scene where Han is talking to Ben and then Ben starts to cry and he picks him up and he's instantly calm [face_love]

Would have liked more mush between Han and Leia, but not everyone is Claudia Gray/Troy Denning/Aaron Allston....

I'll say the book definitely gives a lot of ammo to the "Han was a crap father" crowd though. However, canon material seems to suggest after Han's initial adjustment period he settled down into being a family man.

Here's a podcast that talks about all the crazy click bait articles that came out because of the Empire's End excerpt.

    http://sw7x7.com/episode-964-debunking-the-han-and-leia-breakup-clickbait-stories/

My thoughts on H/L in Empire's End. Not much mush, but a lot of affection, understanding, and support for each other. There is absolutely nothing about their relationship or their behaviors that would indicate that they're not a solid couple or won't make good parents. Han's restlessness is a response to having to adjust to being stationary after probably a lifetime of not being so. It's treated by everyone, especially by Leia, as a normal and natural thing. Leia doesn't take it personally, and is sympathetic to what he's going through. At least, that's my take on it. Han and Leia, like Chuck says in the interview, are complex people but that doesn't mean they're bad people, or that their relationship is unhealthy. To me, it just means they're interesting and dynamic. The father/son bonding at the end of the book is heartwarming.

Jen Heddle tweeted that Leia has the correct conception date of Ben, but Leeland just tweeted in response that neither of them really know for sure lol.

So that means they went back to Endor three months after ROTJ? Weird.

"The Battle of Jakku served as the decisive last stand of the Galactic Empire and final large-scale battle of the Galactic Civil War over one year after the Battle of Endor"

and Ben's birth happened after Battle of Jakku so yeah, or they come back to Endor 3 months after their wedding or Chuck forgot about it and aciddentaly made Leia be pregnant for 12 months lol

Reminds me of a time a family member called to tell us they were pregnant. "So in 9 months, we'll have a baby!" And my wife was all, "Nine months? So, y'all had sex tonight and are really hopeful about it?"

Fun fact: According to the old Legends Galactic Standard Calendar, months are 35 days long, so a human pregnancy would only last 8 months.

Interesting to know. I wonder if they are using this in the new canon?

I trust Leia's math skills over Han's. But it's nice of Han to inspire our imaginations about Endor.

Yes, apparently Coruscant has a 24 hour day (but a 368 day year).

It's fun realizing that there are now two canonical victory shags at Endor.
