ST Han Solo (Harrison Ford) in Episodes VIII & IX

Or maybe he caught a flying droid or something and was whisked away to safety and is on the mend!

Or maybe, somewhat more plausible, we'll get a Force Vision / Flashback of when Ben destroyed Luke's Jedi Order and we'll see Han & Leia in that moment.

Or maybe Harrison Ford really wanted that death scene, finally got it, is gone for good.

 

I seriously doubt he's in the next movie. I think Ford is done with the role. It's why he had him killed off.

 

Probably most likely. He did say he wanted Han's death to have meaning at it certainly did.

....but I do have a vague feeling we'll see Ford for, like, 2 min in some convoluted Force Flashback whathaveyou bit that shows when Ben took down Luke's Jedi but that's just a hunch.

 

Maybe there will be a Force Flashback or maybe, more likely imho, there will be some holographic recording of him, maybe some adventure he and Chewie were on or him and Leia in a tender moment. Or one of those, "If you're viewing this, I'm dead and it's all your fault!" type messages.

Is he still alive? Force ghost? Vision? Flashbacks? What?

 

He is dead.. he is not coming back..

He had biggest role in this episode...

 

Probably flashbacks.. if somehow resurrected him that would be really stupid...

 

It's possible Kennedy simply lied so as to preserve the secrecy of TFA's biggest spoiler.

 

That's what I"m thinking. That come from the presser in euro before the premeire there. So she probably didn't want to give away Han's death by saying everyone but Ford would be back.

 

I also feel like if Han Solo (portrayed as Harrison Ford) is ever appearing in another Star Wars film ever again, the footage is already shot.

 

Han Solo is dead.Period.He won't be coming back cause he is done with SW.

There will be a scene where Kylo and Hux are escaping from Starkiller in a ship and they fly into Han's corpse floating through space and Kylo is all "Hi dad!" and Hux just uses the windshield whipers to scrape him off the window of the ship.

 

Maybe as a hologram. But for me, Han Solo's story is now over.

 

He's only mostly dead which means partly alive.

 

I'm going to go out on a limb and say he won't be in 8 or 9.

Yeah this thread seems pretty pointless when you think about it. He died in the movie. Unless he's immortal. He wont be in the next one.

Call me silly but Ill take "Force imbued rezz powers for 1000 credits, Alex!" The audible gasp in the theater was quite a feat to hear.

 

I can already see the robot chicken skit.
