FF:NSW Handball Championships and Training Day

When are you having this challenge? Next Tue or is that just training?

 

It's this Saturday, Karaoke on Sunday and training on Tuesday

I'm busy all three days.
Next time, once I'm more introduced to you lot as well.

I'm guessing if I reciprocate that puts me on an exclusive hit list.

 

I always loved the "sitting out" style of game. That is you get a group and everyone has to choose a square at the beginning of the game. Then one by one everyone is eliminated until the final person standing is given "kingship" for the next game and they also receive first dibs on which square they want the next time.

I find the rotational game a bit boring after a while. Not that it's bad. Just monotonous if you're playing all day.

1 on 1 is still the ultimate however.

 

I can't make it either days, but for my 2 cents I'd say 1 on 1 with a fairly nice sized court. If it's just for training's sake and not for ranking, 1 on 1 would be great. BTW never hear of cat before, but in my day is was lines replay, roles replay, fault on the serve, and if you wanted it served to you (if you were playing in a court with more than 2 players) you'd call "serve us".

 

Yeah I never heard of Cat. Sounds annoying, I dont like it!

Rules we played:

*Full is out
*Playing on a full is out (Instead of the person who fulled it.
*Playing on a 'Full Played' means 'Full Forgotten' and the rally continues.
*Doubles is out
*Outside border lines is out
*King always serves
*Interferance is replay, or hold play
*We played rolls was out
*U called Serve us if u wanted the king to serve to u
*U got an extra bounce off any walla that surrounded u (I mastered the wall spin shot)
*Lines is replay
*King can serve to anyone unless someone calls seve us
*King MUST serve decent serves
*No double touch
*No pick ups off the ground
*no challenge


So is it Just me, SLavey and Carmen tomorrow? Coz if so then the rest of you are WUSSIES!!!
And Tuesday is another training day.

The Championship is the day of Sils meet (Next Saturday) and its one on one to 13 points and winners carries into the next round.
