I hadn't had a chance to get online before now, but had a thought that it might be you that would remember this, Stef.

As I've told maybe a dozen people at work, 27 years ago, on 25 March 1977, Star Wars (Episode IV) opened on a scant 32 theaters.

Return of the Jedi was released 21 years ago on the same date.

Let me get this completely straight: This is a Star Wars Fan Force Forum, it has multiple users to it. It was the birthday of Star Wars, and we only get this many responses?

    That, people, is sad.

    Sad, I say!

And we should say what that hasn't already said? I repeat what Campbell, Stefanie & you are saying Happy "belated" Anniversary SW!
Ok, that said. I'm exhausted from Star Wars weekends. Even typing this much is sapping the strength it's going to take me to crawl to my room and fall in to a deep sleep.
Celebrating with the group was such a blast! Sunglasses scare aside. [face_laugh]
Well, I'll post more tomorrow or Sunday and say goodnight to you all in Star Wars land.
Goodnight Dale, Jill, Bob & family (all of Dale's buddies), Sharon, Susan, Alex, Susan's kids, mom, sister, etc, Kien, Mike, Walter and all the people we met today and let's not forget John boy-Campbell. G'night! I-)

Star Wars knows I love it, even if I never say it. ;)

    Okay, okay.

Colorful. Now this is what Star Wars deserves! It is now a happy film and is glad we have remembered it. I am going out tomorrow to get it a cake and take it to Chuck E. Cheese's.

I wish I could buy some sort of remembrance for my love of Star Wars. Does anyone know if any company makes any merchandise or collectibles related to Star Wars?

    ;)

I must say this to Dale's response: True.

    I can't argue with it.
