God, can't believe i'm 28 now. Though I'm telling everyone that i'm 26. When people meet me they think i'm around 23, so it's not all bad.

I've started to notice things now i've turned 28. My legs don't work so well, my brain is becoming defuddled and I can't walk up many stairs without gasping for air.

Also, even though i've been the same weight for the past 5 years (11 1/2 stone), everything seems to be shifting south????

I'm going to start sleeping on my head.
