Thanks guys! That means a lot to me! In fact, I was so bummed this morning I especially dreaded going to work, but then I got lots of little surprises along the way (including this one) and they totally lifted my spirits!

First, this morning, we were all going to order out in the office and by noon I found out my lunch was paid for by the Project Coordinator, Lisa. Then she handed me a certificate for Neroli to get an Aveda manicure! I've never had one before and I was surprised, so this already lifted my spirits. I got two birthday e-mail (one from Zepo and one from Gina, an old friend from high school who introduced Red05 and me in October of 2000).

The office was cold though, and the day went on as I entered in data and worked on the TTC Newsletter (a newsletter for work)... all the while I was working away while Gina and I wrote an unual amount of e-mail to one another throughout the day (this kept my spirits up too)... and then the doorbell rang here on the 6th floor, and a messenger brought in a boquet of September flowers and a birthday balloon. I was stunned! Then I thought "It must be from the owner--she gave Lisa flowers on her birthday." To my shocking surprise it was from Gina herself (way out in Waukesha) and she'd been e-mailing me slyly all day to find out when I'd get them.

And now a Star Wars birthday wish! This has made my day!
