Sorry couldn't make the meeting. I hope to make the one next month before I leave for C4. What did I miss?

I just bought my camcorder. I know I won't be able to use in some places there but I am bringing it along anyway. Oh and I'm bringing an umbrella. I've been watching some of the footage from last Celebrations over at youtube and the last one I saw it was cold and windy. I know it won't be cold but it might be rainy.

you didn't miss much we just discussed the camping trip and changes to the table for the toy show.

 

The umbrella might come in handy to shield you from the sun!

I don't believe that we've met Trish but I'm going to CIV too. When are you going down? Where are you staying??

I'm leaving on May 23rd at 6:30 in the morning. Staying at the New Otani. Didn't go through Gen Con for it even though it is one of the hotels. I'm there until the 30th. My last day I want to hit Disneyland. Crowds will be small so it's a good day. We should meet up somewhere.

 

Sounds cool, Trish! Maybe even in Edmonton first before we go so we know who to look for in LA.....

I'm staying at the Sheraton. That's where most of the members of the 501st Badlands Garrison in Calgary and the Calgary members of the Fan Force are staying. I'm flying out on the 23rd as well, but I don't think until 7:50. I'm still debating about changing that flight so I can connect with everyone in Calgary. I'm flying home on the 29th.

 

If there is a meeting before we leave then we can meet then. I'm looking forward for the trip. Not only for the event but I do need this vacation badly. Time for myself and having fun. Can't forget the umbrella. Knowing me I'll forget it.
