Definitely. It's almost identical to July 4th in the way that we celebrate it.

 

The biggest fireworks this year were in my home capital, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, the birthplace of Canada!

But I decided to go home and get drunk instead of staying for them because upwards of 20 000 people came over for the party last night, plus the rest of the island. Too many people for me.

But I guess it was all on CBC. Good thing someone taped it for me
