By pulling off an 83% on my calc final, and turning in extra credit, I got a 89.5% for my semester grade! HALLELUUUUUUUUJAH!

i got a tutoring type job. it's only one person but i get paid so. it's all good

 

i bought a 26 inch pizza! the box is bigger than my tv

Home again Home again Jiggity Jig.

After two weeks of pure hell in Fort Collins, I am home. The town is lovely, but the hotel room was itsy bitsy. I deserve a medal for averting several near postal/homicidal incidents, lol.

But, I'm home now, and happy bout dat yo!

 

Hope that means things quieted down enough to be able to go home.

I can't even begin to cover how good a week I just had.

If 10% of the good stuff from this week carries over into the new, i'll be thrilled.

We are totaly orginized, well almost. I still don't know what to do with the bills & junk mail But we have a new TV, new entertainment center (it's sweet), put shelfs in the bedroom, cleaned that up a lot. The house looks bigger with out the wall & now it looks clean, makes me happy.

Oh, and I only have one load of laundry to dry, take a shower, eat breakfast then I'm ready for Mels Could today get any better?

 

It will be better when we are eating, drinking and playing games

"Virg" (the estrogen containing parental unit) arrives tomarrow for 12 days!!! We get to see a Bette Midler concert on Sat., going to the Briarwood for dinner one night, I officially wieghed in 10 1/2 lbs lighter than a month ago, I have a glass of wine in hand (the 1st since the 10 I had on Sunday), and I scored 145+ million on pinball last night.

Cool!!!!!!! Have a great time at the concert... I haven't seen her perform in YEARS! But she always puts on a great show

A new house makes me happy. I couldn't get the cheezy grin off my face yesterday.

I'm even looking forward to cleaning it and painting it. Someone slap me.

 

well, i wont slap you, but if you need help sunday let me know.

 

I'm not sure how far along we will be, i'm cleaning today after work, and getting the kitchen ready for habitation (contact paper, maybe painting cabinets).

BUT about a third of the house is yellow. i hate yellow. Cream is okay, but i hate yellow. did i mention i hate yellow?

We haven't even really packed anything either. i should just start grabbing armfulls of stuff to take over.

The great wall destruction will wait until it is warmer, maybe this summer when we can afford a new fence. over 200 feet of fence.

If we can decide on colors for rooms, the painting should go somewhat quickly.

 

I still say if we make a few well-placed holes along the stone fence, and spray it with water every night for 2 weeks while we keep getting frost, and the fence will fall apart on its own.

 

Aside from that, this may be the first time I've ever gotten anything out of a company-sponsored mass training, but I think I've learned enough about the direction the company's making to be able to plot and scheme my next move towards domination in my area. I *almost* have motivation to do something now...and that's a big thing...for me.
