For the first time in 3 years of dating, my bf and I are actually going to be in the same country. Can't wait! Wish me luck this weekend...we're going to tell my parents we want to get married. Scary parents.

This is teh second Valentines day i've ever had with a girl...and I am very excited

 

This is the fifth Valantine's day for me and Peter, but we usually got to see each other on the weekend around Valantines. I just never know what to get Peter, and end up getting him chocolate.

 

Nothing says "love" to a guy like electronics does. (DVD player, TV, Radio, or even things to play in them.)

 

Robert is coming up tomorrow *cheers!* I'm really looking forward to it (but I can't say what I got him in case he reads this).

 

...and a Very Merry Christmas to all! Wait! I'm a couple months late, aren't I? Oh well, Top o' the mornin' to ya, then! (I just be early for the next one... )

After a four year, first-love relationship, my girlfriend and I had to call it quits last September.......

My first Valentines without her in 5 years, and my first Valentines without a girl in nearly 10.

Jake's plan for tonight:
8:00- Wallow in self pity
8:30- Stare into the abyss
9:00- Contemplate meaning of anguish
9:30 Jazz-ercise
10:00- Assume the fetal position, holding my knees, slowly rocking myself back and forth, gently sobbing myself to sleep.

Even if I wanted to do anything, I'm totally booked!

Guys, treat the women you have like princesses.....that's what they are.

Ladies, tell the guys how you feel about them. We do need to hear it from time to time too.

And Jake - I'm sending loads of hugs your way, and I'm sorry that you're feeling down, I know it must be very hard. You guys are both really special.

But I feel that Valentine's Day is also a great opportunity to celebrate relationships that aren't romantic, rather ones that are about friendship. I actually called my dad today, so that's a positive.

I want to take this opportunity to tell you all how much you mean to me, and say thank you for all the support you've given me over the past few months.
