    Well, I think we didn't know that... (Harrison Ford said similar things, but that was about Return of the Jedi).

    I'm beginning to suspect that Ford was not a fan of the Han Solo character.

    From what I read in the "making of" books, Ford defended the character during TESB, but had tired of it by the time of ROTJ.
