ST Harrison Ford Unsure about Episode VII?

Just saw this on IGN.

I reckon he's just saying that. I could be wrong though.

But why? And why say that abotu Star Wars but say he'd do another Indiana Jones movie in a new York minute?

because he's already signed and he's not allowed to say. Remember he did say when the ST was announced he would be open to it.

 

Then why not just say - I can't talking about that, or I'd like too but we'll see?

He hasn't no, so he is open to it, but it also sounds like he hasn't said yes either.

Since this is a specific rumor, I changed the tag to Rumor and will leave it open for now.

 

He likes Indiana Jones and would happily do more. He was never very keen on Star Wars and wanted Solo to die. It's likely he's only doing these movies because his career is on the wane and he was offered lots of money and he'd be a big star again.
If indeed he is doing them at all.

 

He is open for it as long as Han solo is killed off. It would upset the fans but it would please harrison ford.

 

It wouldn't upset me. Han was meant to die, so let him die.

 

I hope harrison ford steps in the falcon and plays Han solo again!

I too think he is in but wants to finish the promotion of EG. To be honest, it must be difficult to stay calm when every intervier asks StAr Wars questions and you're trying to promote a different movie... :/

Jack Whitehall (that his name? ) messed that up for us, right before he started banging on about Jar Jar Harrison was going to elaborate....it's difficult to put such a short piece into context. Long term I can't say that I've seen anything that I didn't already know....Han isn't his favourite character and I still think he'll be in E7 but it looks as though he's might not have officially committed to it yet. I suppose, with filming being just around the corner you'd imagine he'd be in a position to say no I'm not in it by now if he genuinely wasn't going to be in it. I really do hope he is though :-(

 

I'm not to surprised, he is getting much older now. And honestly I can't see him staying for ALL three films. Episode 9 won't probably come out till like 2021....how old will he be by then?

 

I still think it comes down to $$$$ with Ford. If you notice Ford has not trepidations about doing another Indy movie because he will get top-billing and a big payday, whereas Han Solo will probably be a small role and in a sense they are going to have to overpay for him because he is Harrison Ford.

 

I really have a feeling Disney does not have worries about money, relatively speaking, especially with Star Wars.

 

If Ford doesn't come back, then they're better off not bringing back any of them.
