Hm... before, he was willing to talk SW... but now...

    This means either:

    A) Somebody said "No Harrison Ford, I will not allow you to be Han Solo." and now he's depressed
    B) He's under a silence contract

Or option C *which might fit into B*
    C) He's sick and tired of people asking him star wars questions

Yeah, my thinking exactly, which is why carrie confessed twice only to have her people claim she was "joking."

I wish they'd announce the signing of the BIg 3 already!

I'm banking the announcement will come on May 4th and then will have the cast come together at Celebration Europe. I wouldn't have thought anything would come on May 4th until the official site posted that article about it that also specifically mentioned Episode VII as well. At this point the announcement isn't that big of a deal because we have pretty much known for months and that's why I think they'll go ahead with May 4th but the big whoop-de-do will be them all coming together. That's my guess (or hope) anyway.

I think both clips were in jest and Harrison did a great job playing the victim!

If I remember correctly Carrie Fisher will be attending SW Celebration Europe. I wouldn't be surprised if the annoucement are made there in front of thousands of crazed fans.

Yes, and it's been tied into the backstory of the Vong.

Judging from the audience cheers it sounds like the majority of people want Harrison back. Now come on Disney confirm it already!

David Letterman should be Han Solo instead while Harrison plays Chewie.

Exactly. He just can't come out and say it until Disney has their big presentation first.

What a bunch of ****ing control freaks!

With this much of a buildup, Ford, Fisher and Hamill better flat-out come on stage in their costumes and act a scene from the script.

Like he was after his off color remark about ARod "knocking up" then 14 year-old Willow Palin?

No announcements until after Star Trek Into Darkness is released and all the hoo-hah about that movie dies down a bit. Then, and only then, will Disney announce in spectacular fashion the cast, director, writer(s), plot synopsis, etc., along with the all important release date. I'm sure this is all in JJ Abram's contract, because he knows any news about SW would upstage his ST movie.

Yeah, I'd say that pretty much confirms he's under contract.

Ford is crazy in the best way possible. I wish I met him when they were filming 42. They filmed it in my hometown...

"Harrison, you know you're under an NDA about Star Wars, but we still have to promote your other films."
" Then we'll do it real quiet like."
