Right, excellent. Is "Requiem for a Dream" going to appear on the expanded edition of The Two Towers soundtrack, then?

Music from the Yule Ball no doubt.

All the same, I am worried about this track.

Similarly, the 'Magic Works' track name seems a little too much like Peter Pan, or It's a Beautiful Life where the film is based around getting someone to believe in the world of magic/supernatural. Aren't we past the suspension of disbelief stage?

But otherwise, I'm excited. Rita Skeeter, Potter Walrz and Voldemort all have potential, I think.

Look at the track list. The cues that are the end of the film have like 3 cues after them. This is clearly all source music, especially given the track names.

I agree. I was actually working off that assumption - which is why I agree with you over 'Do the Hippogriff' but am still worried about it. I assume that 'Magic Works' is a suite of some kind. I was just saying I don't like the title.

I don't care about track titles. If I did, I would hate most Williams scores.

But the post-finale tracks are worrying. Songs? Maybe.

Warner Brothers has this to say about the soundtrack:
Unfortunately, it also has this to say:

No, actually it's just 60 minutes of J.K. Rowling laughing maniacally.

It's got 21 score tracks by Patrick Doyle incorporating themes by John Williams, and three tracks of source music.

I wish Willams' schedule wasn't so tight...What's he doing right now besides Memoirs of a Geisha?

He's doing Spielberg's next film, Munich.

Other than that, I do not know.

    Themes or Hedwig's theme?

Difficult to say. On some posters it has said "themes" while on the Warner Bros website, as Cerrabore points out, it simply says Hedwigs theme.

Somehow I think WB are more interested in releasing photos of Hermione pouting and Harry in the bath than details on what themes will be used in the score. :p

    About Munich: Should be good.

And right now....What about Peter Pettigrew's Theme? I'm not a huge Potter fan, but my friend says he comes back in GOF.

Yes, he does, but I imagine the scene he is in would be dominated by Voldemort's theme.
