JCC Has Anyone Here Seen The Blue Man Group?

Going to see them on Friday. What's the hype all about?

The only thing I know about them is that they play PVC pipe instruments and they did those Pentium III commercials years ago.

I saw a bunch of poster advertisements for them. Eventually I got curious enough to go look at their website, but that was it.

 

Why? Have they gone missing?

 

I plan to see them in March, so let me know how it goes

 

I really enjoyed the show a few months back. Very good at silent humor, and just a great show reflecting on modern technology in general.

I saw them in Vegas, it was a very fun show.

 

I saw them here in Orlando. Thank God it was a free ticket. The whole group I was with thought it was terribly boring, not funny and it just seemed to never end.

 

I saw them probably seven or eight years ago in Boston. It was entertaining enough.

Update: I went to see them last night and it was quite fun, especially the "rock concert" part. I only wish I had bought seats closer to the stage, because we were too far and didn't get to play with their balls.

I enjoyed seeing the traveling show in KC a couple years ago. My parents totally didn't get it, but my brother and I had a blast. You have to be willing to have fun and let go to enjoy the show.


I have a friend who used to be in the Blue Man Group in Vegas. He was on AD when they actually filmed part of the real show in Vegas in season 3, and was uber stoked about that part

I thought it was incredible. Our faces actually hurt from smiling throughout the performance. Loved it.

I saw them several years ago in Orlando, and luckily Venus Hum showed up for the performance. It was a very fun show.
