Has anyone here successfully immigrated to the United States before?

    Poor choice of words, but I would prefer my marriage not be one of convenience.

    And I am well aware of the calibre of women offered by your fine nation.

    Well I would prefer to be a resident rather than citizen. Dual citizenship is something I might consider (would like to maintain my Canadian citizenship) but I can't imagine that's any easier to achieve than residency.
