Why oh why do people stress about V.C.E?
An old friend of mine failed his VCE, didn't get a TER score and didn't apply for any courses. He's now got the best salary of anyone I know. And as for me, my VCE certificate hasn't got me anything.

I challenge everyone to beat my TER score of 47.25!! What an amazing feat!

Ah dear Lute, fear not for the VCE that I strive, for if goals are not achieved, full fees will be paid... as for you, I guess there is always music...

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that Mixo, but I'll play along for convenience's sake.
    YES, FULL FEES, HOW EXCITING!

There is always music, but unfortunately it doesn't pay the bills. No, one must avoid the full fees, if one desires to battle through the day.

Bah, full fees are for those who don't have the brains to get into a course legit. :p

Back on topic (like that ever happens here), my current partner is indifferent to my love of Natal...er, Star Wars. Although she knows I am a fan, I don't let it interfere with my life. Too much.

To spice up your love life you could suggest a little Star Wars roleplaying

Full fees are for those who don't quite have the marks, but do have the money. Good plan if you ask me :D
As for your love life Hawk, give it in whilst your ahead my friend. You have two options, give up one or the other (g/f or star wars) or convert her to that which is us.... Either that, or you gotta have plenty of $ for presents to buy your way out of the habit, your call my friend...

Or alternatively, you could slit your wrists NOW, save yourself the pain, and the embarassment of finishing a TAFE course to find yourself in a pathetic life, eeking out a pathetic existence to feed your heroin addiction, medical bills because your Pimp beat you up again, and the four starving and sick kids that you think might be yours...you can't remember having them, because your too stupid obviously too care, for you did TAFE.

On the other hand, don't discount TAFE. TAFE, an inferior option? Perhaps not.

begins to prattle on like the proverbial careers counsellor who gets kick back from TAFE enrollment officers...

TAFE is excellent to be work ready. Especially in technical/IT fields.
I would match anyday a person with 1 year TAFE to a person with 1 year UNI behind a PC.
    TAFE would/should win hands down
