    I spent four hours this weekend door-to-door campaign canvassing and distributing literature. I saw a lot of "no solicitors" and "this house protected by [brand name] security" signs, and of course the occasional "Beware of Dog" sign. Also little stickers telling the fire department to rescue their dog or cat in case of a fire. Etc.

    But this was my first "Beware of Human" sign (got this image of the Internet, but it's the same sign):

    Right here in South Carolina. A religious couple decided that to do some evangelizing to their waitress by being cruel.

    Instead of a tip, they left this note:

    It reads:

    Heres[sic] your tip:

    The womans[sic] place is in the home. You're[sic] place is in the home. It even says so in the Bible. You may think that your[sic] contributing to your household by coming into work, but your[sic] not. While your[sic] in here 'working' this is the reason your husband must see another women on his way home from a long day at his work. Because you should be home takeing[sic] care of the household duties, you may think what you are doing 'working' is right, it is really escentially[sic] a disgrace to his manhood and to the American family. So instead of coming to your 'job' and looking for hand out's[sic] to feed your family, hows about going home and cleaning your house and cooking a hot meal for your husband and children, the way you're[sic] husband and God intended, and help make America great again. Praying for families and our nation.

    Pray for the nation. Can't spell worth a damn, but I can tell you how you need to live because a 2000 year old book told me so. Make America great again.

    Any man who considers a working woman a "disgrace to his manhood" needs serious psychological help.

    I'd say pretty much the same about a man who thinks his "manhood" is threatened by a woman who is better educated and makes more money than he does.
