After injuring my knee and not being able to lift it without suffering crippling pain I have come to the conclusion that stairs are an invention of Satan.

 

Although you guys were no help, I finally saw an interview on Youtube with the originator of those stories, an SARwood; the 'No Sleep' sub-reddit kind of conceals whether stories are real or not, and she made up the thing of the stairs in the woods.
