Have you ever tried to use the Force?

Yep. What child Star Wars fan hasn't? And one time it did work. My cousin was standing on a bridge (okay, a wooden plank across a sewer ditch, but improvise with me here), and he had stolen my cookie, so I tried to use the Force to make the bridge shake. It shook alirght, from him losing his balance and falling off! But at the time I thought that the Force was with me and I must be a Jedi! Sadly, though, my mother simply laughed at my request to send me to Dagobah to train with Yoda. *sigh* Good times.

I did. I was extremely bored during a mandatory assembly so I tried to telekinetically knock over a soda can. (It didn't work, unfortunately, but it did make the assembly a little less dull.)

yes, the "force" actually does have strong influence on the weak minded. that or a good vocabulary and ability to lie without flinching . Something I haven't quite mastered, but with time and training...

When I was younger I believed it would work, if I only tried hard enough...
But the Jedi philosophy got me sane though the hardes school-years of my life.. Well, almost sane, but I didn't run amok and kill my classmates. I felt like it though.

I have tried the Jedi Mind Trick on many women. It only has about a 35% effective rate though.

 

I tried Force choking my friend a few times (for fun, of course0. That didn't work, so I had to choke her with my bare hands.

no id have to sya that this thread is about eople amkign jokes about their epriences. a debate in the senate on telepathy would include the use of evidence, scientific method, and actual tests done.

 

Depends on what is considered the force in our Galaxy. If were talking about chi and magik, yes because I am witch. It works quite well too, though I havent quite honed in on my force lightning abilities!LoL I do tend to think that one day in the future us witches and other pagans will become like jedi as the Human race and our mind evolves.

 

I am also a witch, and I agree that the "force" in our universe is magic as we call it, and not some joke of power in a galaxy that dosnt even exist realy
