And I think I could be wrong. There's something else by Zahn called 'Outbound Flight Project' or somesuch. It's about the Katana Fleet, from memory. Kinda post RotS, I think...
But then there's 'The Joiner King' as well...

And I like Zahn. The Thrawn trilogy was pretty interesting...and the duology was alright. But Stackpole will always be my favourite (of the books I've read anyway) And I counted my books last night and I have nearly 50...thats a lot of money...

Anyway, I'm interested to read the Outbound project book, as it's one of those oft refered to but never solidified ideas that seem to float in and out of various peoples stories. I think it was first mentioned in 'The Courtship of Princes Leia'...although by shoddy memory can be off sometimes.

I've tried not to read much about the Joiner King storyline, but I have to say it sounds interesting, in a Saturday morning cartoon kinda way

I loved the Zahn trilogy. and what were the books stackpole wrote? cant remember right now but I know I loved his books
I used to have all teh star wars books (over 100) but now.....

Stackpole wrote a heap fo the Rogue Squadron books, I, Jedi and he also did Dark Tide and Ruin of the NJO

He's done a heap of other stuff which can be found at his website

Be wary...with two weeks to go (almost), there are billboards and posters all over the place!! Last time I knew, there's a really big on in Crows Nest/St Leonards (Sydney people might know where i am talking about...). There are more, I tell you!

They're not looking at the posters, how are they meant to know what's on it?

Because when we had a meet on Saturday, they were told what characters were on them

Biggest laugh I got out of them was when they were going to Galaxy bookstore, and i had them afraid to walk down the stairs because I told them there was a life size cardboard standee of an ep3 character at the bottom of the stairs.

They all got kinda touchy when they realised it was Darth vader

and the Episode III video game is officially out tomorrow. By all accounts, this is well worth checking out (though be warned, don't get it until after the movie if you want to stay clear of spoilers).
