Vics I just don't understand them

They have this wild idea that they and they alone invented football of course being pro EPFC I will argue this point with any Vic that wishes to take up the offer-History shows that Vic has taken talent from all over and some-"outsiders" changed the way football is played.
I'll calm down now-you have no idea how much I hate AFL(ie: Victorian Football)

 

GoS, thats exactly what my dad keeps on saying. It's VFL, and until they change the rules it still will be. They think they are so mighty, there not you know.

Besides if they did change the rules to make it more Australian, then they would start losing so we can't have that? Can We?

 

I'm so peeved with the whole AFL thing I can't be bothered to even talk about it-it just get's me agro.

Final word-if it's a Australian comp-then why are 90% of the teams based in Victoria...

 

More VIC teams for us to beat.

 

It's not a question of beating teams, it's a question of being fair across the board, so far WA/QLD/SA see very little money being spent-while the AFL props up old VFL clubs.
I don't see the AFL trying to save Swan Districts do you???

 

I don't think there'll be a truly national competition any time soon. I certainly wouldn't expect to see a grand final away from Melbourne any time soon, even if there's two non-victorian teams playing. The AFL's not without it's flaws but now that the state of origin's fallen flat on it's face, the AFL's the only inter-state contest we have.

 

If the Grand Final moved out of Melbourne, they would lose to much money so it wouldn't happen! In fact if there was two non-victoria teams in the Grand Final they would lose to much money as well, so that wouldn't happen either. Either way its a no win situation.
