JCC Hello from the distant past!

Hello everyone,
I once posted here many years ago under the name of JeffJedi and I came back to say hello and see if any of my old JC Community friends were still around. This was circa '99-'01 or so.

I have many fond memories of my conversations with people on here and I also had frequently hilarious one liners I came up with in threads. Those were the days. That's right I was posting here before many of you young wipper-snappers were even born.

Yes, when I started posting we only had dial up internet. You had to block phone calls just to go online. Now you can carry the internet around on your phone. Imagine a time when you had to stop somewhere to make a phone call!

i was trying to imagine but i went too far back, to a time without any phones at all. people are just shouting into the air. ahhhhh

 

I kind of miss the old dial up sound.

I was here back then and I haven't the foggiest idea who this guy is.

And no, Sidious was really R2-D2. This was made abundantly clear in Episode III.
