welcome Jedi Cody. as sango said, the WUL (watched user list) is just a convenient way to keep track of friends or anyone for that matter. all u have to do is go to the profile of any user (easiest way being to click on there name) and click on the link that says Add user to Watched user List. hope that helps! feel free to ask if u have any other questions!
