Hi Hello there!

Hello! My name is Tyler. I'm 23 years old, living in Western North Carolina. I recently graduated with a degree in communications with a concentration in public relations at Western Carolina University. Since then, I have been working as an assistant at Keller Williams Realty in Franklin, NC.

My #1 passion now is writing. During my senior year in college, I wrote A Guide to Historic Dillsboro, a book celebrating the nearby town's 125th anniversary. 5 months later, I completed my debut novel, The One a gay novel based in the Appalachian region. Now, in my spare time, I am writing my second novel, titled Aluria.

Anyways, I've been eager to talk to some other people about the new Star Wars movie, and how it will affect the Expanded Universe books, which I have read almost all of them!

I'm glad to be here, and I look forward to hearing from you all!

I hope you have found the 7SA (Episode 7 Spoilers Allowed) subforum, but if not we can link you! We also have a Literature forum, but I'm not quite sure about any discussions about Legends, the new EU, and the upcoming trilogy.

Tyler, Welcome! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, though. The EU is now Legends and does not have any bearing on the movies at all.

 

^Yeah, I know. That's why I'm so sad!

 

My poetry is in a couple very minor literary magazines - but nothing significant. Hopefully that'll change one day.
