HELP--Are my tickets for tonite or tomorrow night?

My tickets say that the movie starts at 12:05 on Wednesday, May 18.

Does this mean tonite or tomorrow nite?

Tommorow night, although technically it should say May 19th becuase it is the after midnight

Mine say 12:01 Wednesday the 18th as well, but it's really Thursday the 19th. Ticket machines don't get the concept of the next day starting at midnight.

 

the same problem existed for AOTC and we all discussed it then too.

but your tix are for the world premier at midnite - have no fear.

Really? I would call the theatre to confirm - there's still time to get the proper tickets printed out if there's a problem.

Whoever programmed that ticket machine is an idiot. 12:05 am is on Thursday which is the entire point. Why this concept is so hard to grasp by theater managers I will never understand.

I thought I was ok. I knew the premier wasn't until Thursday the 19th, but my brother (who is much younger than me) convinced me we needed to be heading to the theatre. I think he really just wanted to stand in line for 24 hours.

Mine says Thursday, May 19 12:01AM, so its right

I find it funny that mid-night showings have to start at 12:01 instead of 12:00; It's the same day. I guess one minute past mid-night is vital, but I'm getting robbed that one minute!

 

My show doesn't start until 12.03 am, because this is the third episode. Clever, huh... But on the ticket it says 11.59 am, May 18, so people won't be confused.

 

Mine says 12:01 May 19th as well. (Or May 19th 12:01, or whatever order it's in.) This is despite being warned by the ticket-seller (yes, despite all I said in the Canadian tickets thread, I bought the tickets the old-fashioned way) that it would say the 18th but they really meant 1 minute after it turns to Thursday. Which, when my father saw the date on the tickets, made him think they were for Friday and I had to go on and check that tonight was the only night with a 12:01 showing.
