Help! Google thinks i'm in Japan

Whenever i try to use Google it comes up in Japanese, i choose the option to use Google in English but it still searches Japanese pages.

any ideas what i can do to change this?

Stuey - try going into the 'Preferences' section and see what is set there. On my
setup it has English as the main language and 'search pages of any language' is set.
If you change your preferences remember to save them..

cheers LAJ_FETT, it still comes up asking me if i want to go to Japanese Google instead in the corner but it searches normally. i also discovered you can use Elmer Fudd mode

Well, when I go onto Google from work it asks if I want to go onto French Google because the server we use is actually located in Paris..so I had to go thru finding the 'preferences' and fixing that.

You on AOL? I have this week had to use Swedish and Japanese, plus one where all letters were boxes

 

If you are using AOL what do you expext, lol.

I wont even put an AOL disk near my computer incase it tries to take it over.

I have to use it. Cant get Broadband in this area, and most flat rate services have a maximum hourage (Ironically, to get people onto Broadband)

 

I'm also on AOL (purely because i'm far too tight to pay for broadband and it's the best flatrate dealy)

today it wants me to be German
