Help...I need a lil help...

    Ok so I have this video/audio file. It has a few sounds and me and my room and the energy ball that I stole off of Ryan w's web site :D and way, I have been working on it all night and went to post it on my web page when i saw this 31.2 second file and it was 25mb in size :( I am using the sorsen3 video codec but dont know what to use for sound. any ideas? oh and my video quality is at 30%

    I usually compress it using the IMA 4:1 codec. Also, adjust your data rate under the video tab. If this is just a test video or something, bring it down to about 150 and set you quality to 10% and you should be alright. If this isn't a test video, then leave your quality and just adjust the data rate.

    Someone said to use this for video

    Video Quality: Best

    Frame Rate: 30

    Keyframe Every: 999

    Data Rate: 120

    Try that and see how it lookes, the size should drop a lot.
