Help I'm addicted to solitaire.

Please help, everytime I sit at my computer to play new and interesting games I just sit and play this stupid bloddy card game. HELP ME! The scary thing is i'm not getting any better. Time after time i'll sit there untill i've done it. It Sometimes has me there for hours. Is there a Solitaire helpline?

I like it when things are flowing in this game, but when I hit obstacles, I rarely have the patience to go any further.

Its taunting me, giving me a sniff of victory and then taking it away.

The ultiamate challenge is to get it under 200 seconds.

I have only managed it a few times. Its the true test of any solitaire fan.

D'you know I have the same problem with Pacman.

I have learnt to live with my problem, and recently have reduced my playing time down to under 3 hours a day - I'm so proud of myself

So I guess my advice is give in, play the game as much as you can and waste your youth!
