As it is for every country, there are brighter spots and there are darker. You need not speak about the darker, only know that they are there, so as to better enjoy the brighter and don't risk encountering the darker.

there is no place on earth which is perfect, i guess! you know, as stackpole wrote in "bacta wars", if we are all satisfied, we should be in paradise. pain or darker places of life let us know that we are not dead, that we are not in heaven (or anwhere else, depends on what you believe). then we know that we are still alive. and that is a good feeling!

I am back from France also!
It was awsome! The Landscape is very impressive and all the old castles and caves!

3 hurras for Jaina's being back ! so, what did you visit ?

 

Well, we went to see the caves Lascaux and Rouffignac and some castles. We saw the castle Josephine Baker had liven in and some other great things like Roque St. Christophe.

 

Indeed, France is a very nice country. I like the Alsace who borders at my homecity. Very nice over there

 

Oh yeah, I like Colmar and Strasbourg

i wanna go to france and to go w/ my school(which is the only way i can go) i have to:
a)be in Level 3 french(i'm praying that my current teacher doesn't teach it)
b) have $2000(i think it's that much)
c) get my parents permission(this is the hardest one, b/c i can make $2000 in time for the trip)
a downside is that i'll be living near my level 2 french teacher for a week(ick). isn't this so interesting? haha no, sorry for boring you.

i was in paris at the beginning of this month. my parents were in france one year before and at that point i never thought i would ever go to paris.

we i try to say is: maybe you will get a surprising chance and can go to france without all these permissions, rules and other problems.

Thats a problem. But then agian I have the same probelm.

 

Maybe if you had some relatives in France they wouldn't be so 'paranoid'... so there's only one thing you can do now : make your sister move in France

Seriously, my parents would never have let me go to Canada if my uncle didn't live there, and I was no longer underage at the time. Parrents just... need to know you'll be safe and someone will be there for you ; even if you don't like your teacher, he/she might be the best person your parents can trust.

Still... is it worth staying there only 1 week ?
