Help:looking for obscure source

    A long time ago, someone told me that there is a novel that takes place between ANH & ESB.I think. In the novel,a rebel pilot is captured and tortured. He reveals that it was Luke Skywalker who destroyed the Death Star. This is how Vader finds out he has a son.

    Is this correct? If so, does anyone know the name of the book? Or is this just a rumor?

    mmmm... This sounds like Vader's Quest, a short comic series that can be found in TPB.

    Vader's Quest is probably what you're thinking about.

    A similar event happens in the Marvel Star Wars comics, and can be found in Classic Star Wars: A Long Time Ago Volume 2.
