How does one post an image?

 

You need to go to a site such as ImageShack to host your image.

Go there and push the browse button. This lets you access your computer files. Find the image you wish to upload. You must make sure your image not over 1.5 Megabytes. Then push the HOST IT button.

The site will give you various links to your hosted image. On TFN you can just use the direct link and then either post the link directly into your post. Or, when you are posting, press the image button. That will give you a box where you paste the link you got. This will give you the thumbnail pics you see in various posts.

What part are you having problems with Bieren? Are you having trouble hosting the image? Or do you have the link already and are having problems posting the image?

I got as far as the "host it" part, but choosing a blog-site and filling in a password got me well, stuck. I don't have an account at Myspace, or other related sites-do I need one?

 

Okay, I have no idea what you are talking about. Are you talking about posting an image on another site other than TheForce.Net? If so, you have to talk to somebody on those sites as to how to post images.

Here you get a link for your image from ImageShack or Photobucket and just paste it into your message or if you want the thumbnail to show just do what was described above.
