Help me find...

Anyone know where I can get a selection of ringtones of the Star Wars persuasion. The Imperial MArch is fine and all, but I really want the ANH Celebration theme. HElp?

um, compose your own? it's what I did for my phone, if you just mean the force theme, pick a key and i'll try to remember all the intervals, it'll be hard without a keyboard but i think i can do it on my midi composer program.

 

ok, so this would be in E minor, unfortunately i can't really notate rythem here- E, E, E, A,B,C, D, C,E, E, E, E, A,B, C,A, C, A, e, D, E, E, E, A, B, C, A,e,A, a, E, C, B, A, e, C, A, E, E, E, A.

 

I'd rather pay for a ringtone and not have to do it myself than sit there for an hour transposing into polyphonics.

 

Have you checked http://www.verizon.com and sifted through their "pay us lots of money for non-lame tones" link?

 

I've got one I cut down out of a longer midi.

 

My new phone/service is via Verizon and thus far, I have been unsuccessful in locating a compatible SW-theme ringtone for it. Not even sure if I can create my own the old-fashioned way...

 

Yeah, been to vtext.com and poured through theirs. Closest I've come to finding one I like is the Inspector Gadget theme. Still, don't want that one. I'm tempted to just find a midi I like, cut it down, and get the USB cable to go with my phone. At least that way I can also get a background I like.

YAY! I've found the ringtones I wanted and saved them to my computer for when I get that darned USB cable. I can't believe I have to get a cable just to get ringtones and change my wallpaper, but my phone is not WAP enabled, so...-=sigh=-

I still have my original Nokia whatever number....no ring tones here....the original phone that I got with my ATT service ( I am thinking it has to be approaching 10 years?)but I love my bootleg faceplate

anyway.....hope you get your desired tones

 

FD, what model of phone do you have w/your Verizon svc?

 

I have a LG VX3200. It seems cool at first, but seems to be missing things that my old phone had. -=shrug=- Like easy access to the silent function.
