If you insist... a pointless piece of sophistry I posted in the JC a while back:

Speed = distance/time

According to Einstein, space & time are spacetime... effectively aspects of the same thing. Distance is a measure of space- hence of spacetime, and time is a measure of, er, time- hence spacetime

so speed = spacetime/spacetime, which = 1

So everything travels at a speed of one.
